Transfer of Non-Teaching employees is done as per requirement. The NIPER, SAS Nagar is a Central Autonomous Body under the Department of Pharmaceutics, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India. There is no provision for transfer from one Autonomous Body to other Autonomous Body. As such, there is no transfer policy for Teachers of the Institute. However, internal transfers of the employees of Institute have been made from time to time for internal management. On transfer of a staff from one section to another, he/she has to handover the charge to another person and take charge of his/her respective section. In case of additional charge is assigned to an employee, he/she has to perform additional duties of additional charge assigned in addition to his/her existing duties.

Fee and Procedure of Application

Application on blank paper asking for desired information should be addressed to Public Information Officer. Rs. 10/- to be deposited by way of demand draft in favour of Director, National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) or through payment of cash in Accounts Section of the Institute to be deposited for each information.

A web portal RTI online with url  https://rtionline.gov.in/ is launched by DoP&T to facilitate Indian Citizens to file RTI applications as well to make online payment of RTI fees.
